I went to do a VO2max test on a treadmill at the Helsinki Sports Medical Center. I haven't done the test before, so this gave me good data for further training and actually confirmed that the right things have been done so far. Maximum oxygen uptake was 57.1 ml/kg/min and maximum pace 3:09min/km. It's been about a month since the test and I did the last VK workout at a pace of 3:15min/km, and it's interesting to see how much I can improve the test result next time.????♂ So thank you to the Helsinki Sports Medical Center for the test and Elias Lehtonen for his professional work and feedback!
