It's from the Nikkatsu film "Beautiful Teens," which was released in theaters in February 1964. It was probably filmed around the winter of 1963. It shows the front of JNR Kinshicho Station, the "Kinshicho Station Building" (now Termina), the freight yard on the north side of JNR Kinshicho Station (near the current North Exit Plaza, Arcakit, and Tobu Hotel), Tokyo Rakutenchi, the Kinshicho Station Police Box (now the Kinshicho Station South Exit Police Box), and the Toden Kinshibori Depot (now the Marui Kinshicho store).
