A beautiful, easy and delicious dessert that you don't have to cook anything, that is not difficult to make and best of all is that the whole family will love it, for any time and especially during this holiday season when we need a variety of delicious desserts and the easier to make the better. INGREDIENTS: COOKIE BASE: .- 300gr of maria cookie or any vanilla or chocolate cookie .- 160gr of melted butter, can be salted or unsalted = 8 tablespoons .- 2 tablespoons of warm milk .- 1 round mold with removable bottom of 24cm in diameter lined with parchment paper, with cling film or with aluminum foil or a glass mold so that it does not unmold CONDENSED MILK GELATIN WITH CREAM: .- 1 can of condensed milk = 395gr = 375ml .- 1 can of cream = 375ml or 400ml (use the same can of condensed milk) .- 1 cup of milk powder = 100gr = 8 tablespoons .- 30gr of unflavored gelatin powder = 3 tablespoons or 12 sheets .- 1 cup cold water = 250ml CHERRY JELLY: .- 300gr drained cherries in syrup .- OPTIONAL: Candied fruit to mix with the cherries .- 160gr cherry gelatin = 2 sachets of 80gr each .- 500ml hot water (boiling) = ½ liter = 2 cups .- 500ml cold water = ½ liter = 2 cups .- 1 cup of the cherry syrup that will be used to make the gelatin PREPARATION: Grease the mold with oil and refrigerate while you prepare the cookie dough. Crush the maria cookies, vanilla cookies, or chocolate cookies very well until they are almost flour, add the melted butter and milk, knead until you have a homogeneous dough, place in the mold, smooth it well and put it in the refrigerator while you prepare the gelatin mixture. Soak the powdered gelatin or the gelatin sheets (whichever one you are using) in the cup of cold water. Place the condensed milk, cream, and powdered milk in the blender and blend well. Melt the gelatin in the microwave or in a double boiler, which should be hydrated and hard, or drain the gelatin sheets (if you are using sheets) and place in another small container, melt in the same way. Now that the unflavored gelatin is melted and liquid, add a little of the blender mixture to it, mix with a spoon or hand mixer and add this mixture to the rest of the blender mixture and blend a little more. Add this mixture into the mould on top of the biscuit base and put it back in the fridge, it should be there for at least 30 minutes, then... Bring 500ml of water to the boil and when it starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the cherry gelatin, mix very well and add the 500ml of cold water + the cup of cherry syrup, mix again until the gelatin is well dissolved... Place this gelatin in the mould where we have the biscuit base and the condensed milk gelatin which should already be hard, now add the cherries well spread out, add the pieces of green candied fruit to imitate leaves and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours so that the gelatin sets very well. After that time you can remove it from the fridge and unmold, following the steps that I teach you this in case you are using a mould with a removable bottom, decorate if you like and that's it.
