Alexander Becker learned how to make sausages from his grandfather when he was a little boy. He helped him with the slaughtering three times a year during his childhood and automatically had a day off school. At the age of 40, he founded his own small factory in the remote Bassendorf near Tribsees. He sells his sausages himself at the markets in Wolgast, Stralsund and Warnemünde. On some weekends, people from Bavaria, Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein meet at his place. Then Alexander Becker invites people to a sausage-making course. Making things yourself is in, so you know what you are eating. And Alexander Becker enjoys making people's palates sensitive to what is good. It is not for nothing that his company is called: Be careful with the taste! ___________________________________________ The North Reportage https://www.ndr.de/dienordreportage Farm Stories https://www.ndr.de/hofgeschichten The North Story https://www.ndr.de/dienordstory ___________________________________________________ Our guidelines for comments: https://www.ndr.de/service/technische... #ndr #ndraufmland #dienordreportage
