They use it to make high-quality dough, the secret of which is one thing above all: time! They drive to markets with mobile wood-fired ovens, where customers eagerly await their natural bread. Marco Langsdorf from Gießen is also fighting for good bread and invites you to 'bake in the shop window'. You can watch him, ask questions and find out what makes baked goods so good.
