Hey guys, today I'm sharing a super easy, delicious, and inexpensive recipe for a base sponge cake (Genoese) to make any cake you want. I'll leave the recipes here: Sponge cake (3 eggs, 90g sugar, and 90g flour) Syrup (70g sugar, 70g water, zest or essences) Chantilly (250g chantilly and 1/4 cup fresh milk) Fruit: I used 3/4 to 1 cup chopped approx. whatever you like the most Manjar de olla: I used approx 150g (recipe in my guargueros class here on my channel) All the other details of preparation, oven, baking time, quantity for the mold and size of the mold are in the video, watch it until the end so you don't miss the final result and all the tips.
