In this video I tried to be as simple as exhaustive, but if it was not time I would have spread out more on the question so much the subject is vast! As this is the first part of the series after the general notions in the introduction, I established the plan as follows: I-Elementary notions focused on: 1-Basic anatomical notions (white matter / gray matter) 2-Notion of signal (hyper and hypo intensity) 3-Notion of cutting planes and their interest (2D and 3D) 4-Particularities of T1 (Gradient Echo and Spin Echo) II-Identify and recognize the T1 sequence. III- Particularity of the infant. IV-Interest of the T1 sequence: Detection of hyper signals. I recommend a magnificent presentation by Dr. Damien Galanaud (Neuro-radiologist at Pitié-Salpétiere) entitled: Hyper-signaux T1, comment s'en sortir (JFR 2014). I hope this will be of considerable help to you, I tried to summarize but above all to simplify these notions in this course. As usual... your comments are welcome, whether critical or encouraging, public or private... this is the only way we will move forward. Your prayers especially ;)
