I also ride very sporadically at the moment, but until recently I rode almost every day in mud, sometimes snow and winter, and I washed my bike a lot. Although the bike looks better when it is well washed, on the other hand, water often gets into places where it has nothing to do, and in today's video I would like to show you how to disassemble the pivots, lubricate the bearings, as well as how to disassemble, clean and assemble the head assembly and a few other things.
