The State Duma has adopted a law expanding the circle of people who will have access to the procedure of extra-judicial, simplified, free bankruptcy through multifunctional centers (MFC). This law allows pensioners and citizens whose only income is social benefits to initiate an extra-judicial procedure of personal bankruptcy one year after the start of forced debt collection from them, and other citizens - after seven years. In addition, the bill halves - from ten to five years the period after which a person has the right to resort to extra-judicial bankruptcy again. The law is aimed at expanding the availability of a simplified, free, extra-judicial bankruptcy procedure for citizens and will begin to work at the end of this year. The law comes into force 90 days after its official publication, with the exception of some provisions (replacement of certificates from the FSSP with electronic document management), for which a different period is established. ✅ Link to the bankruptcy law in the MFC: http://publication.pravo.gov.ru/docum... ✅ Link to my telegram channel, in which I will tell you how the updated bankruptcy through the MFC will work and whether it is really possible to go bankrupt there if you have a monthly income: https://t.me/sovetiadvokata LEGAL SERVICES OF A LAWYER: ⚖️ I provide assistance to debtors on loans and provide the following legal services remotely at a very affordable price: https://sovetyadvokata.ru/krediti-dol... ⚖️ Among my remote services are - preparing and sending to the bank an offer to buy out a credit debt for 10%, and supporting the bank's consideration of such an appeal.
