The 3 IIA lines is one of the methods that covers in a simple and practical way, establishing controls at different levels of companies, defining responsibilities in the governing body, independence of action between areas, but strengthening the internal communication processes and decision-making for the management of risks inherent to each area. Its main advantage is the adaptability to the established objectives. Like any methodology to be implemented, there is reluctance to appear as a complex system to document, generating a greater workload of activities and time in records, neglecting the expected results of each area. This webinar will explain how the principles of the 3 IIA lines are not a bureaucratic management, on the contrary, companies have adopted one or more lines of control in their structures making implementation feasible.
