Dear friends, here we are again in the kitchen, today we are making baked pork chops, they are not very easy to make at home especially to have them cooked to perfection, but if you follow all the steps and some tricks that I reveal to you, you will get a dish that is the bomb! The chops should be cooked for about 45 minutes at 190 degrees but it depends on the type of oven! When the meat comes off the bone it is ready.
