Between 1895 and 1899, an extensive network of narrow-gauge railways was built on the island of Rügen. Track width: 750mm. The railway was an important means of transport on the island. Today, the trains mainly run for tourist purposes. The trains are particularly busy in the summer months. The video shows the morning journeys at around 8:30 a.m. and around 10:30 a.m. on a normal Monday.
