Carrying a heavy backpack full of useless objects and clothes can be a real ordeal for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, and it can also be harmful to their health. In this video, I show you everything I took in my backpack on the stretch I did in 2019, between Santo Domingo de la Calzada and Astorga. After returning home, I discuss everything that worked, what I missed, and what mistakes I wouldn't repeat. I also included several images of the Camino de Santiago to encourage everyone who is thinking about taking on this wonderful adventure. At the time, my backpack weighed seven kilos. And I promised that, on the next walk, the limit will be five kilos. Important: the issue of footwear will be discussed in another video, as well as the precautions to take when buying a backpack. Check it out!
