We are the office of the documentation and archive service of a "fantasy" ministry in communist Romania. Tables are loaded with papers and documents. Only the head of the service, tov, has access to these severe treasures. Mythical Blajinu. He is an aged man of 60, with a fair and ancient appearance. Adela Cosâmbescu, chief typist, also works in the documentation service; Mitrofan, deputy; Two young people, Gică Balaban, and Geta Tudorića, a novice typist, also work near them. Frosa, a maid, also works there. On June 21, director Ion Cristea decides to retire Mitică Blajinul, and plans to transfer Adela, his colleague, to a more distant school. The reason? The director wants to bring his files. From being polite and sentimental, as his name suggests, Mitică Blajinul becomes arrogant, cosmopolitan, announcing with the impertinence typical of his new identity the disappearance of the archive (the faces were sold to foreigners). His colleague, Adela, who is at the origin of the prank, in turn displays a picture of a vamp wearing an expensive cape and smoking fine cigarettes. QUESTION: Why is Mitica nicknamed "The Saint"? ------------------ Cast: Radu Beligan, Marcela Rusu, Toma Caragiu, Rodica Suciu, Gheorghe Oancea, Marius Pepino, Dan Damian, Virginica Popescu, Rodica Tapalaga, Cecilia Manoliu, Mihai Fotino.
