In the 1980s, Karel Kachyňa made two doctor stories inspired by the literary model of the writer Adolf Branaldo – the novel Vizita: tragicomedy Pozor, vizita! (1981) and Sestřičky (1983). The protagonist of the first film is the old bachelor Prepsl, played by Rudolf Hrušínský, who is trying to diversify his forced stay in hospital isolation. In addition to Hrušínský, the film also stars Josef Somr and Libuše Švormová.
