The house in which you have invested all your savings and which is now to be demolished. Or someone realizes that they sold it by mistake for one euro. The contributions were designed by Robert Berger, Ludwig Gantner, Katharina Windbichler and Maria Zweckmayr. In the first story, it all began with great hopes, with a love affair. Mrs. K. allegedly signed some papers in passing that her husband had presented to her. It had to be quick, because Mr. K. was in a hurry. He had to go back from day release to prison, where he had to serve a sentence. Now he is free again, and his wife has since realized that by signing the papers so quickly, she gave him her house and a car for one euro each. The result is a veritable war of roses. Case two: In a small settlement in Lower Austria, many landowners have apparently built too big and too high. Some homeowners have therefore received demolition notices. Their houses are to be demolished. Can they claim that many others have also built illegally and have been left unmolested by the building authorities?
