The traditional January lecture will focus on regular and extraordinary astronomical phenomena that will take place in 2023, mainly in the night starry sky. Using a computerized planetarium, we will rapidly travel the night sky from spring to winter, and we will get a closer look at some astronomical phenomena right in the lecture hall. As we travel through time, we gradually notice the planets and their groupings, our neighbor the Moon and the Sun in the night sky. We will also talk about the visibility of meteor showers or upcoming lunar or solar eclipses. We will not forget to mention the most important constellations, nebulae, star clusters or alien galaxies.
