It was a few days of calm until everything turned into chaos again 😮‍💨 and it will be like that until my vacation next month. And you know that when things get tense, it seems like everything else gets tense too. I even got sick, that's why I'm whispering in this video. Well, I had to make some adjustments to my work, in fact, I had to redo an entire project. So that took away my sleep and peace for a few days. I also had posts to record, in fact, one came out today :) I shared it on my stories so you could help me engage. And, before everything got complicated on this side, I had already separated some topics for us to talk about because now I think about sharing everything with you 💜 This post that came out today was for koala sleep, and I'm going to talk about it here, this is my personal story because you know how crazy my routine is, that I record at terrible times, my sleep is broken and I usually sleep badly. I always wanted to try it to see what it was like, and I ended up having the opportunity to make a video for them with the new flavor (law of attraction?) Since the first day, it has been my great ally at bedtime. I have avoided watching ASMR in bed, I watch it during the day now just to relax my mind. Now, Koala has helped me sleep deeply, the experience was so good that I have even remembered details of some dreams (guys!!) My body wakes up rested, even when I don't sleep the necessary 8 hours. I was really anxious to talk about this with you because, once again, my story is not part of the ad, I'm just a person who doesn't sleep much hahaha. I got everyone to try it too because I get really excited when I work with something I really wanted to try. And I'm really happy that the experience exceeded my expectations, not to mention that it's delicious! Thank you guys, these cool things have been reaching me because I have you here with me 🥹 You know, I thought about sharing the bad things that happened too, but I think the important thing now is that they're over and that everything is okay. You just need to know about the part where I was almost banned from accompanying my father to the hospital because "minors cannot be companions". I blamed it on the Converse I was wearing 🤣 how absurd hahaha. And about the video, I tried to do something different by adding sounds in layers, but I don't know if it worked well because of the acoustics here. But one day we'll get it right :) I hope everyone is doing well, and if not, this video is to alleviate possible symptoms of anxiety and the like too. I was inspired by a video of a foreigner who does this really well, and I love it 💜 I'm saying goodbye here because I still have some things to do tonight to hand in tomorrow, and I also need to get some videos ready for the holidays.
