We're back with our ✨ best spa in town ✨. But this time, focused only on facial care (in the future we'll have more complete ones). This time I added some background music, but we also have it without. I couldn't add it with rain because the file was too big, and my computer is out of space, sorry 😕 but nothing stops you from opening a rain video on YouTube and putting it together with the version that only has the voice :D Here's a tip, my loves (hehehehe) I'm a big fan of these wooden objects, I wish I had them all 😭 besides being very well made, they sound so good... but I couldn't find any that beat the wooden scissors (!!!!!) ASMR stands for “Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”. You know that pleasant sensation or tingling that is usually felt on the scalp caused by some stimulus, such as hearing a soft voice, the sound of rain, observing slow (or fast) movements with the hands, when someone is drawing something and you feel extremely relaxed? That's ASMR! ⚠️ But it's important to remember that this “therapy” is not a substitute for specialized monitoring. ⚠️ This technique should be avoided by those who suffer from misophonia or similar problems, in which sounds such as chewing, swallowing or whispering cause increased agitation and anxiety.
