Our favorite month, right? It smells like Christmas, vacation, French toast and New Year's around here. And speaking of New Year's, we have a new look on the channel's homepage with a BEAUTIFUL piece of art by my fellow countrywoman Irena Freitas. If you have the chance to check out her work as an illustrator and writer, please do so! She's spectacular! On our banner, I wanted to highlight our fortune cookie. In fact, our profile picture on Spotify and other audio platforms has also changed! I thought we deserved this change a long time ago, but it happened at the right time. A new time for us 💜 and to celebrate, even I went through some changes. I cut my hair, started a mini collection of glasses (which may be growing silently) and bought a new perfume (maybe 2) hehehehehe Today I wanted to share with you a movie I watched this weekend. An AMAZING animation, I fell in love! It's called The Wild Robot. Just mentioning it makes me want to cry hahahaha the message is beautiful, everything is beautiful! I already want the book to cry too 😭 WATCH it and come cry with me!!! (It's with emotion, okay?!) Guys, in the next video I want to talk to you more about my vacation that is coming up. So we can sort some things out, okay? :) Now I hope you enjoy today's video because I liked it hihihi Remembering that the videos are available on Spotify and other platforms, the day after posting here! kisses from bre 💋 ✨124,186✨ Edit: I forgot to put “brellyna asmr” at the beginning of the video 🥺 from my heart to yours, I wish your dreams come true 💜 b. 📩all my networks and contact: https://linktr.ee/brellyna ▸ but what is ASMR? ASMR is the acronym for “Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”. Do you know that pleasant sensation or tingling that is normally felt on the scalp caused by some stimulus, such as when hearing a soft voice, the sound of rain, watching slow (or fast) movements with the hands, when someone is drawing something and you feel extremely relaxed? That's ASMR! ⚠️ But it's important to remember that this “therapy” is not a substitute for specialized monitoring. ⚠️ This technique should be avoided by those who suffer from misophonia or similar problems, in which sounds such as chewing, swallowing or whispering cause increased agitation and anxiety.
