Chop 5 g of basil leaves, but not too finely, and set aside. Halve 400 g of Hokkaido pumpkin with the help of a spoon, remove the seeds, slice and then cut into cubes. Put 1 halved onion, the chopped basil, pumpkin cubes and 2 garlic cloves (I use 1 heaped teaspoon of garlic paste) in the mixing bowl. 6 seconds / level 6 - push down with the spatula.
