We have visited Anders Larsen at Store Merløse, where we have a chat about the year that has passed, and then we take a walk in the field, where Anders tells us how he grows his crops. No two years are the same, and 2024 has also been a challenging year, starting with a late and wet spring, which for many presented challenges with the sowing of spring crops. The first stop on the tour is the winter wheat, which is a first-year wheat after winter rapeseed. Here we will discuss, among other things, sowing, weed control and the control of lice and snails. The status of the wheat is that it looks good and has also started much better than last year's autumn, so there are expectations for a good start in the spring. Also watch parts 2 and 3, where we look at rapeseed and rye, before finishing with seed grass and winter barley.
