On January 6, at 7:30 PM, at the “Aram Khachaturian” Concert Hall, with the blessing of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, the “Armenian Christmas” spiritual-classical concert took place. The concert program includes Armenian spiritual music, as well as traditional Christmas songs and famous works by world-famous classics: Bach, Mozart, Handel, Rimsky-Korsakov, Mendelssohn, Strauss, Tchaikovsky and others. During the concert evening, sopranos Sarah Gilford (Great Britain) and Siranush Gasparyan, mezzo-soprano Yulia Nikanorova (Russia), baritone Aram Khachaturian and bass Hovhannes Nersisyan performed. Conductor: Gianluca Marciano (Italy). The concert will be held with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Armenia. Main sponsor: Ardshinbank.
