Dare to prepare this easy recipe that will have you asking for more: Ingredients: Panela sauce: ½ cup water ½ cup soy sauce 4 tablespoons grated or ground panela 1 tablespoon MAO cornstarch ½ teaspoon smoked paprika ½ teaspoon powdered ginger Pepper to taste Crispy pork rinds: 2 pounds of pork rinds 1 tablespoon MAO cornstarch Juice of 1 lemon Salt and pepper to taste Arepitas: 500g of the MAO arepa mix 500ml warm water Preparation: Pour 500g of the Mao arepa mix into a container. Separate 500ml of warm water and add 250ml of the water to the Mao arepa mix and knead. Add the rest of the water little by little until you get a soft, homogeneous dough. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes and knead again. If necessary, add a little more water. You can proceed to form your arepas. Crispy pork rinds: Add salt and MAO Cornstarch and place in the air fryer or fry them in the traditional way. Panela sauce: In a bowl, stir together soy sauce, panela, a splash of water and a teaspoon of MAO Cornstarch to thicken. Place on the stove over medium heat until the sauce is reduced.
