DOWNLOAD THE REPORT HERE https://stockholmshandelskammare.se/r... The pandemic put the office in the spotlight. Thankfully, the restrictions are a thing of the past, but things are not as they used to be. Behaviors and needs have changed and with that new and higher demands are placed on our offices. From being the place where you do your work, the workplace - in addition to being easy to commute to, close to shops and restaurants and pleasant to look at and stay in - should be a place for development and togetherness. Questions about how we work, where we work, hybrid work, remote work, flexibility and office policy are still relevant in many workplaces and among management groups. On September 12, we released our third report which, among other things, digs into the questions of why we come into the office, how home work affects our salary development, the location of the office in the city and what we want out of our workplaces. The report is carried out in partnership with Atrium Ljungberg, AMF Fastigheter, Castellum, Fabege, Humlegården Fastigheter, NREP and Vasakronan. Participants Emelie Mannheimer, CEO, United Spaces Mikael Helsing, Head of Group Real Estate, SEB Norbert Adamek, Head of Corporate Real Estate, H&M Elin Kiw, People & Culture/Marketing & Communication, Eidra Heléne Lidström, Workplace Strategist, Castellum Malin Ingman Wettler, Workplace Strategy Manager, Vasakronan Hanna Mossfeldt, Workplace Strategist/Tenant Advisory, AMF Anna-Lena Carlstedt, Business Developer, Fabege Erik Skalin, Head of leasing, Atrium Ljungberg Anna Kullendorff, Business Development Manager, Humlegården Hugo Martinsson, Investment Manager, Nrep The conversation is moderated by Daniella Waldfogel, CEO, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
