This fragment of the ARD program Monitor is left over on an old Philips VCR cassette. The cassette could just about be played, which is why there are interferences in the picture here too. The program, presented by Klaus Bednarz, is about the coalition in Hesse consisting of the SPD and the Greens and nuclear power, a recurring topic in the 80s. I'm not entirely sure of the date, but it should be mid-December 1985.
