The production of Arabic soap is a process that requires a little more experience, knowledge and patience than heart soaps. It also requires a lot of attention. Sometimes, the oil used saponifies a little late and this can extend the production process a lot. Without panicking, by being sure of our weighings, by patiently repeating the heating and resting cycle, the result can be achieved. This production took three days. After starting the reaction on the first day, I heated and stirred for about 2.5 hours, but it did not work. During this time, I added a large portion of the additional water. If I had to let it rest, I did not remove it. On the second day, while the lower side was gelled when cold, the upper side was in emulsion. When heated, the whole turned into an emulsion. I added 1 kg of water, boiled for another 1.5 hours and rested. On the third day, I saw that the product was present after 16 hours of resting. I heated it and passed it to the liquid phase and made the final adjustments. 00:00 Introduction. 02:49 Start of production, first day. 04:12 Preparation of the recipe (formula). 06:01 Caustic solution preparation, oil addition, reaction start. 20:48 Second day. 24:50 Third day, pH measurement.
