Above Forno (Ms) you start from the parking lot in the Vergheto area and with path 38 you arrive at Foce Luccica from where you go up the beautiful S crest of Spallone (I/II) generally on good rock up to the saddle at an altitude of 1436 m. From here you go to intercept path 172 with which you arrive at the top of M. Faggiola from where you descend to Passo del Giacchetto and from here with a quarrymen's path up to the upper Vallini quarry. From the quarry starts the beautiful Poggio Rosso path (old 172) which, crossing various ribs and reservoirs, arrives at the Buca del Fagiano quarry from where you take the new 172 until you meet a track on the left (cairn) that takes us to the old Verzolina quarry in a beautiful panoramic position just below the S crest of Spallone climbed previously. Descent from the homonymous lizza and again on the 172 until you find the 38 with which you return to the starting point. L = 10 km H = 870 m T = 7 h
