In this video, we analyze what happened in the real estate market of Belarus at the beginning of summer. As before, the market is driven by mortgages, loans are the main driving force of home buyers today, despite the increase in rates by Belarusbank. The suburban market showed itself well, buyers actively purchased: residential houses, summer cottages and, as always, land for development. Of interest, in Minsk, according to the results of June, we saw a cessation of price growth, and even some rollback, but this concerned exclusively the secondary real estate market, while everything related to the new buildings market continued to grow. We highlight the high share of transactions in the segment with finished new buildings in such residential complexes as Minsk Mir and Vershina. A similar trend was observed in such cities as Mogilev and Gomel, here, too, prices for the secondary market sank. The situation was completely opposite in Brest and Grodno, where apartments continued to rise in price. We also highlight a number of interesting transactions in the western regions with luxury real estate, apparently there are definitely rich people in the regions. For now, we can say that the real estate market is in some kind of equilibrium, without sharp surges and fluctuations, as if repeating the trends that are occurring in the economy of the Republic of Belarus.
