The apartment of architect Beatriz Quinelato, located in Vila Nova Conceição, in São Paulo, is certainly one of the most well-thought-out projects that have ever been designed here. Every corner of the home was planned down to the smallest detail to be elegant and, above all, functional. The architect and her husband's greatest desire was to have an apartment that would be perfect for entertaining friends and connecting with others. To achieve this, the living room was extended to the L-shaped balcony by removing the frames and installing retractable glass panels next to the railing. A beautiful five-meter sofa on each side and a wine cellar for 270 bottles completed the project. You can watch the full video of the Open House with Beatriz Quinelato here and, on the website, more photos and details of the project. 00:00 - Entrance 04:55 - Home Office 09:20 - Living room plans 11:06 - Complete living room 18:50 - Wine cellar 20:45 - Kitchen 27:18 - Service area 31:25 - Suites 44:40 - Dining table ???? Hi, my name is Lucila Zahran Turqueto and I'm responsible for Casa de Valentina! The project started as a blog in 2008, the result of my passion for decorating spaces, when I was setting up my first house. Over time and with a lot of dedication, Casa de Valentina grew, gained strength and matured. I received invitations to write articles for the main magazines in the segment, I was on the cover of a magazine and we won the title of the most influential design and décor blog in Latin America. Here on YouTube, you will find a select curation of architectural projects, with good decoration and interior solutions. A space to share inspiration and good taste!
