[Date of filming] [Location of filming] ・Hachinohe Grand Hotel ・Ban-ya ・Hachinohe Sake Brewery ・Hachinohe Minato Shokudo [Behind the Scenes] At the izakaya "Ban-ya" where we had dinner, the licked flounder and the boiled horse meat and burdock were popular dishes. The food was also delicious ???? I didn't say much about the impressions of the sake I tasted at Hachinohe Sake Brewery in the video, but "Mutsu Hassen Junmai Daiginjo" was easy to drink but slightly spicy, and I liked the slightly juicy taste! Other sakes I tried were "Cho-karat Junmai Mutsu Otokoyama" which had a strong alcoholic taste, "Mutsu Hassen Shokuchu-zake" which is popular as a drink with meals, and "Kijo-zake" which I had after a meal, which had a muscat-like aroma. On the way back, I flew with "Skymate" instead of JAL's "U25 fare". It's been a while since I've written more in the description section.
