Three years ago, Anna Necheporuk, a native of Vinnytsia, moved from the city to an abandoned village in the Khmelnytskyi region. Together with her husband, they run a farm that was started by their grandmother. This is an atypical economy for Ukraine. They don't milk cows. Calves drink milk until adulthood. Animals graze all year round, sleep in abandoned houses. Ani Taras's husband is currently defending Ukraine. The farmer volunteers and takes in displaced people.
