It is based on an album on the history of the Volga passenger fleet, compiled in the early 1990s by V.V. Lisin and N.G. Penkevich based on publications of the 19th – early 20th centuries, and the book by V.V. Tsybin “The Steamship on the Volga”, published in 1996. …Almost 30 years have passed since then. Viktor Vladimirovich Lisin (you can read the article “Doctor, Romantic, and Amazing Person Viktor Lisin” in the magazine “Integral Medicine and Life” No. 18: http://jimj.esrae.ru/21-170) wrote the script for the film. This work turned out to be the last in his life, his friends finished it.
