Dear friends of Ananta, We are happy to share Fidel Delgado's conference at the IX Contigo Somos + Paz, which took place on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the Teatro Nuevo Apolo, Tirso de Molina 1, 20012 Madrid. In addition, we had Carlos Fiel and Elien as speakers. Each of them spoke for 30 minutes to give their point of view on how, in order for there to be peace in the world, it is necessary first that there be peace in each one of us. They spoke about that personal and non-transferable achievement that is inner peace, which can lead us to deep calm in a troubled world. The speakers and musicians participated without any remuneration, and we thank them for their dedication and generosity. Each attendee received a small tree with its corresponding root ball as a gift to be grown wherever they deem appropriate to plant it. It was a beautiful initiative by Ildefonso García, who has been growing trees for years to give them away, all altruistically and in his free time. The seed of the tree that grows first in the form of a plant and then potentially in the form of a powerful tree is a good simile of what we intend with this event Contigo Somos + Paz, because we all have within us the seed of enlightenment that can germinate if we give it the right conditions. We want to thank all of you who came to the Teatro Nuevo Apolo to celebrate the ninth edition of Contigo Somos Más Paz. It was a beautiful and inspiring morning, and also full of humour.
