In the third episode of my journey back to my roots, I show you the curiosities of Gdansk. Check out the Amber Museum and St. Mary's Church with me, the largest brick church in the world. On September 1, 1939, Gdansk was the first city to be attacked by the Nazis in World War II and I visited the only museum in the world dedicated exclusively to this painful event in the history of humanity. You will see that, despite 80% of the city having been destroyed in the war, the beauty of the architecture, the richness of the details on the facades and the care with which everything was restored show how much the people preserved their history and that it is worth visiting Gdansk.
