The other day I went to several Chinese food restaurants as an ordinary but slightly clueless white guy and ordered food in fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). It was a really funny prank and social experiment to see the reactions of Chinese people – the waiters and customers at these restaurants in New York City’s Chinatown were totally amazed!
