After the Covid restrictions were lifted, in 2O21, Anna arrived in Colorado on a “bride visa”, where her American lover, Joe, was waiting for her. They were finally able to get married and start their life together. During this happy time, however, the doctors gave her devastating news. She needed immediate, life-saving intervention. Anna honestly tells us about her years of treatment and struggle. About the help she received and who stood by her during this difficult time. She shares her hospital experiences with us, including what the care, nursing, ward equipment were like, how the doctors and nurses treated her. We learn about the costs of her treatment and hospital stay, and she also discusses how difficult it was to return to everyday life. She speaks with encouraging words to her fellow sufferers, to all those who are struggling, as she herself has reevaluated quite a few things in her life.
