Vadym Prystaiko is a former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and former Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom, where he was succeeded by Valery Zaluzhny. Prystaiko worked in the government of Oleksiy Honcharuk, was present at the first meeting between Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump, as well as at the only meeting between Zelensky and Putin. In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, Prystaiko spoke about whether Trump is offended by Ukraine because he was almost impeached after a phone conversation with Zelensky in 2019, what Putin wanted to achieve from Zelensky and what should be the basis of our future agreements with Russia.
