The most important condition must be the air flow, which must be very calm, and the wind speed at ground level should be within the maximum limit of 15 km/h. In Cappadocia, there are views as if from another planet, but I will write about them another time. In practice, balloon flights in Cappadocia take place on average 260 times a year. Balloon flights have been taking place here for 30 years and are organized especially for tourists. The flight costs between 60-120 Euro - it all depends on the season, the number of people in the basket and your ability to negotiate the price. There are over 200 balloons registered in total, and the regulations are such that just before sunrise, 100 balloons can fly out at the same time, and subsequent rounds of 50 balloons can fly out at intervals of half an hour. Flights take place all year round, even in winter, when there is snow. Cappadocia has been experiencing a tourist BOOM for several years, among other things, thanks to Instagram ???? The number of people at the main viewpoints is huge even after the season, so we avoided them from a distance. Anyone who saw our booths might have gotten the impression that there was no one else in Cappadocia except us. But that's because Cappadocia is vast and still very wild, and we had no problem finding such secluded places. Thanks to our brave bus, we really feel that for 2 weeks we had Cappadocia all to ourselves ????????
