Lecture by Alysson Leandro Mascaro, given at the Escola Paulista da Magistratura (EPM), of the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo, on the occasion of the opening of the Postgraduate Course in Public Law. The Brazilian jurist and philosopher, a professor at USP, opened the course with a sequence of three lectures in which he developed reflections on the module “Introduction to Political Philosophy and the Matrices of Constitutionalism”. The third lecture in the sequence given by Mascaro is on the theme “Political Philosophy in the Enlightenment” and was given on February 29, 2016 in the auditorium of the EPM-TJ/SP. The course was coordinated by Justice Paulo Magalhães da Costa Coelho and by magistrates Luis Manuel Fonseca Pires and Marcos de Lima Porta.
