Almond egg white cookies - EkoBosacka episode 174 Recipe Ingredients: -3 egg whites -300 g ground almonds -3/4 cup fine sugar -30 ml Amaretto liqueur or a few drops of natural almond flavor (oil) -approx. 25 almonds with skin for decoration Preparation: Mix the sugar with the ground almonds. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gradually add the sweet almond mixture. Beat until thick, sticky. Finally, add the liqueur or almond oil. Using a spoon and wet hands, form balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Decorate with whole almonds.
