The Alma Hybrid™ laser combines the power of three basic energies to create a unique synergistic effect with impressive results! Today I'm trying out the new laser myself and showing you how my face changes over the next 3 days. If you don't know it yet, the Alma Hybrid™ laser is an innovation in the field of aesthetic laser medicine. The new laser combines: -CO2 laser - The perfect combination of ablative, coagulative and thermal effects enables extremely efficient and highly precise focused or fractionated laser treatments. -1570 nm laser - a non-ablative fiber laser that creates a thermal effect and coagulation channels, thereby promoting the synthesis of new dermis without perforating the epidermis for maximum thermal depth effect to promote collagen synthesis and dermis regeneration. -IMPACT - for Trans Epidermal Delivery (TED), an extremely efficient transepidermal delivery of active ingredients into the skin. For me, the laser wasn't really painful thanks to the numbing cream and Seractil Forte (a painkiller that I took beforehand). On a scale of 1-10, I'd say a 1 or 2. It was only a little more painful around the eyes. Immediately after the treatment, the skin was a little red, the next morning there was a slight swelling under the eyes and the redness was more severe than immediately after the treatment. On day 2, there was also a slight redness, which could probably be concealed with make-up. From day 3, the skin felt a little rough, but the redness had disappeared. Conclusion: In the before/after comparison, I can see a clear improvement in the crow's feet. That's what I was after and I'm happy with the result!
