About :

The BAZ vehicle manufacturing plant is located on the outskirts of St. Petersburg, in Shushary. The company is called AO Romanov. In the past, Scania and MAN trucks were assembled here, and now they assemble heavy civilian BAZ trucks. These all-wheel drive vehicles should replace the Tatras. In part, they will be competitors to the KamAZ 6x6 and Ural 6x6. They have fully independent spring suspension, Yaroslavl diesel, and Russian and Belarusian components.
