Have you ever wondered about the amount of confusion and contradiction that appears on the tongues of some religious institutions and movements? Have you asked yourself why the divine text that was revealed to guide people becomes an area of confusion to this degree? Have you lost confidence in the efforts of Islamic political movements and movements, their symbols and leaders, and no longer understand how they can find a justification for every word they say or every action they do from the Qur’an, even if this action is contradictory!! You will find the answer in this clip.. It revolves around a main idea that only the greatest jurists are good at, who combined the jurisprudence of Sharia with its fixed texts on the one hand, and knowledge of the conditions of society, its changes and the balance of power in it on the other hand, and a balanced soul interested in purification, advancement and treating diseases of the heart. This idea in brief is: that there is a distance between (understanding texts) and (applying texts), and that the laws governing the understanding of texts (such as knowledge of language, objectives, reasons for revelation, abrogating and abrogated, etc.) differ from the laws governing the application of texts (such as the capacity for acceptance, the limit of ability, gradualism, and interest). Therefore, managing the distance between what we understand and what we should do is a highly complex and difficult work of ijtihad, especially in a society whose structure has been developed - for decades - on values that are contrary to the merciful values of the Noble Revelation. Therefore, it was natural, in light of the qualitative scarcity of realistic and practical jurists, that religious institutions, organizations, and Islamic advocacy movements would be represented by symbols who do not have the sufficient qualifications to guide society. It was also natural that Islamic thought would become a prisoner either of a reductive textual mentality (Salafi) for which reality means nothing, or of a realistic, utilitarian mentality (secular) for which revelation means nothing, and Islamic discourse became extremist and attracted between the two sides. The middle ground, which is the steadfastness in the guidance of the text and its good application in reality to achieve it completely, has vanished, while taking into account the laws of power and interest and winning people and besieging the enemies of the nation and religion, and highlighting the supreme moral values of Islam during that. This series (the series of the laws of the people), which is about to end, was a call to restore the balanced jurisprudential mind, which carries a disciplined methodology in understanding and action together, capable of correct understanding and rational action at the same time, as we believe - and we do not vouch for anyone before God - that it was embodied in the theoretical and practical practice of Professor Imam Hazem Abu Ismail, may God relieve his distress and benefit all Muslims in both worlds through his knowledge. And that those Muslims who receive these clips will produce those who are better than the Sheikh in condition, knowledge, guidance and right guidance, and that He will not deprive us or the virtuous Sheikh of their reward and blessing. #Boycott_French_Products71 #Boycott_French_Products #We_Will_Live_With_Dignity To subscribe to the Where Is The Road program, please follow the official channel page on Telegram https://t.me/WhereIsTheRoad
