POWDERED MILK PIE WITH HAZELNUT CREAM Ingredients: 1 can of condensed milk 150ml of milk 3 egg yolks ½ cup of powdered milk + ¼ cup of powdered milk for sprinkling 400g of fresh cream 1 cup of hazelnut cream 200g of cream from a carton 1 cup of dulce de leche Preparation: In a pan, add the condensed milk, milk and the 3 sifted egg yolks to the mixture. Mix well. Add the powdered milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until you get a thick cream. Set aside to cool. Beat the fresh cream with a mixer until you get whipped cream. Add the whipped cream to the condensed milk cream and mix gently with a whisk. Dilute the Nutella with 50g of cream. Set aside. Dilute the dulce de leche with 50g of cream. Pour half of the condensed milk and powdered milk mixture into the mold. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set. Arrange a layer of the hazelnut cream mixture, then a layer of dulce de leche. Place in the freezer for another 30 minutes to set. Fill the mold with the remaining condensed milk mixture and place in the freezer for another 3 hours. Unmold and sprinkle with powdered milk to serve. CAKE IN A CUP Ingredients: 1 small egg 4 tablespoons of milk 3 tablespoons of oil 2 level tablespoons of cocoa powder 4 level tablespoons of sugar 4 level tablespoons of wheat flour 1 level teaspoon of baking powder Preparation: Mix all ingredients in a cup and microwave for 2 minutes. QUICHE Ingredients: 2 cups of wheat flour 150 g of cold butter, cubed 5 tablespoons of cold water 1 teaspoon of salt Preparation: In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the butter cubes and mix quickly with your fingertips until it forms a crumbly mixture. Gradually add the cold water and mix with your fingertips until a dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a 20cm diameter springform pan with a removable bottom. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and place it on a floured surface. Sprinkle a little flour over the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin until it forms a circle large enough to cover the bottom and sides of the pan. Roll the dough over the rolling pin and transfer it to the pan. Using your fingertips, gently press the dough to cover the entire bottom and sides of the pan. Leave the pan with the dough in the refrigerator until the oven is hot. Cut a circle of parchment paper slightly larger than the pan, place it on top of the dough and fill it with raw beans. Bake for about 20 minutes to pre-bake. In the meantime, prepare the filling. After pre-baking the dough, reduce the heat to 180°C. LORRAINE FILLING: 1 cup of milk 1 cup of fresh cream 4 eggs 80g of diced bacon 100g of grated Gruyère cheese Salt, nutmeg and black pepper to taste BUTTER BISCUITS Ingredients: 200g of softened butter (soft) 250g of Grana Padano 1 egg 260g of sifted wheat flour Preparation: Mix the butter, eggs and finely grated Grana Padano. Gradually add the wheat flour. Remove the dough from the mixer. Sprinkle a surface with flour and mix it into the dough while working with your hand. Divide into three pieces, shape into balls and flatten. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stretch the dough with the help of a rolling pin and sprinkled with wheat flour. Cut into the desired shape and use the scraps to reshape at the end.
