This week we take you to discover the Municipality of Alessano (Lecce), the birthplace of the Servant of God Don Tonino Bello. In Alessano there is great anticipation for the visit that Pope Francis will hold on April 20 in the small cemetery of the place to bring his prayer to Don Tonino. The host Mario Placidini meets the mayor, the parish priest, the president of the Don Tonino Bello Foundation and the inhabitants. Also very profound are the testimonies of the brother and nephew of the priest and bishop who always helped the needy and fought with all his strength, even in illness, for Peace in the world.
