GROTTAMMARE – Friday, July 28, at 9:00 p.m., the 38th National Festival of Humor, Cabaret, amoremio!, began. A large audience poured into the area set up at the Terrazza sul mare-Foce del Tesino. Ale and Franz, then, as soon as they got on stage, made the audience double over with laughter. They shot straight to the heart with exchanges and dialogues that were never banal and hilariously irreverent. Sitting on two chairs, in a nostalgic memory of their bench, they won everyone over. They dedicated some sketches to a personal reinterpretation and representation of one of the evils of our time, call centers. At the end, Enzo Iacchetti joined them on stage, “with four sizes too big“, who actively participated and contributed to the impact on the audience, laugh-proof. The comic duo received the “Golden Orange” award. The Award with which, since the first assignment to Lello Arena in 1988, the Grottammare National Humor Festival pays homage to the careers of artists from the world of entertainment and comedy. It is a work of goldsmith craftsmanship, created for the occasion based on a design by the artist Mario Lupo. Here are the reasons for the award: "For having represented, in a long career full of successes, one of the most appreciated Italian comic couples. For having crossed, with their 360° artistic path, different expressive languages, from generalist television to that on streaming platforms, from cinema to theater. For having played intelligently with the theme of the double, bringing on stage the misunderstandings and misunderstandings of dialogue, the nervous tics and human frailties that emerge in the dialectic between opposite poles. Always in the name of a shrewd irony, capable of making people laugh explosively starting from simple elements.
