[We have made the third sake produced by alcohol-loving voice actors Maeda Kaori and Funato Yurie!!] We tried our hand at sake brewing at Ito Sake Brewery in Nagano Prefecture! In the third installment of #OurSakeProject, we tried everything from washing the rice used to make the sake we are producing, to making koji, which is an important step in making koji, and using a paddle to stir the mash to make it uniform. We also came up with the brand name and label design. From washing the raw rice, to the important task of making koji, they tried their hand at stirring the mash with a paddle to make it homogenous. <The taste and brand name of the "Our Sake Project" were decided by fan voting!> The taste of the sake was decided by the fans at the Sake Collection 2023 talk show held in October last year, based on the two's desire to make a sake that has the power to energize those who drink it, with the image of a powerful historical figure. As a result of the vote, it was decided that the taste will be a refreshing and powerful sake like a mandarin flower, inspired by Ono no Komachi. In spring, it will be a fresh, freshly squeezed sake, in summer, a slightly lower alcohol sake that is easy to drink even on hot days, and in autumn, a mellow sake that has been slowly aged for a summer, and we will deliver different flavors for each season. The two proposed three brand names based on the image of the taste, with the hope that "people who drink it will fall in love with the sake." From the three candidates, "Maebune Hatsukoi Tabi" was decided by everyone's vote! The label design was created based on the ideas that the two of them came up with.
