⚡Sweet Italian buns Maritozzo: airy, soft buns with the most delicate cream! To taste - a real cake! New videos are posted here: My channel on Zen https://zen.yandex.ru/shobytinskay Vkontakte community https://vk.com/club111064255 Italian buns Maritozzo (8 pcs) Dough: 250 g flour 90 ml milk 1 egg 10 g pressed yeast (or 3 g dry) 50 g sugar a pinch of salt 40 g butter Syrup: 50 g sugar 50 ml water lemon zest Cream: 250 g cream 33-35% 2 tbsp. powdered sugar vanilla or vanilla sugar egg and 1 tbsp. milk for greasing the buns Bake the buns at 190°C for 18 minutes.
