Crispy gnocchi: Mix the gnocchi with pesto, parmesan, salt, pepper and paprika powder in a bowl. Put the mixture in the air fryer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees. 2. Crispy rolls: Spread the wrap with peanut butter and honey. Put oat flakes and the banana on the wrap and roll it up. Cut the roll into strips, sprinkle with cinnamon and cook for ten minutes at 180 degrees in the hot air fryer. Serve the rolls with a dip made from Greek yogurt, cinnamon and honey. 3. Stuffed peppers: For two stuffed pepper halves, mix about 100 grams of grated Gouda, half a grated shepherd's cheese, chopped leek and an egg in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fill the pepper halves with the mixture and cook them at 160 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. 4. Cheesecake muffins: In a bowl, mix 250 grams of quark with 40% fat, a dash of cream, half a packet of vanilla pudding powder, an egg and two tablespoons of birch sugar. Pour the dough into small silicone molds, garnish the muffins with mandarins and cook them in the air fryer for 10 to 15 minutes at 160 degrees. 5. Quick frittata: Put baking paper in the basket of the hot air fryer and add the beaten eggs. Add the finely chopped peppers and baby spinach. Season with salt and sprinkle cheese on top.
